I've been getting a lot of migraines lately, so I started keeping a food journal.

Monday
  • oatmeal with honey and cinnamon
  • decaf green tea
  • vanilla yogurt
  • salad with olive oil/vinegar/lemon juice/mustard dressing
  • chickpea burger with tahini yogurt sauce
Tuesday
  • oatmeal with honey and cinnamon
  • banana nut muffin
  • peanut butter and honey sandwich
  • a bunch of cinnamon altoids
  • banana
  • red pepper, onion, cheddar, and bean quesadilla
Wednesday
  • oatmeal with honey and cinnamon
  • decaf green tea
  • vanilla yogurt
  • red pepper, onion, cheddar, and bean quesadilla
  • lentil curry with cauliflower, peas, and onions
  • bread
Thursday
  • spoonful of peanut butter
  • oat bagel--half with butter, half with cinnamon walnut cream cheese
  • decaf green tea
  • salad with olive oil/lemon juice/mustard/honey dressing
  • lentil curry with cauliflower, peas, and onions
  • whole grain saltines
Friday
  • oatmeal with honey and cinnamon
  • decaf green tea
  • vanilla yogurt
  • miso soup
  • egg salad sandwich
  • vegan veggie pizza
  • macaroon dipped in white chocolate
  • pralines and cream ice cream
